NetGuide is a monthly New Zealand technology magazine.
It was launched in September 1996 by an independent Auckland-based publisher, then owned by Australian Consolidated Press (ACP) 2003 to 2008 and now is owned by TechDay (previously Action Media). Originally entirely internet-focused, it developed to cover wider computer and technology issues.
The magazine claims to be New Zealand's biggest-selling technology.[1] The magazine competes with IDG's New Zealand PC World [1]
The magazine also runs the annual People’s Choice NetGuide Web Awards.[1]
The magazine launched a version for the Australian market, Australian NetGuide, in 1996 and was closed in 2009. It competed with NineMSN's apc [2] and IDG's Australian PC World title [3]
