Naming conventions

The suite's name "Nero" is followed by its major version number and a catchphrase. The latter might vary by region (e.g. "Nero 7 Ultra Edition Enhanced" in the United States, "Nero 7 Premium Reloaded" in the United Kingdom and Australia), although the name of core program remains Nero Burning ROM.[11]

The most commonly available versions of Nero are the OEM suites, which are bundled with many optical disc recorders. Some of these suites include only the simplified Nero Express, leaving out Nero Burning ROM.[12]
