The Mato Grosso Dog-faced Bat (Molossops mattogrossensis), is a bat species from South America. It is found in Brazil, Colombia, Guyana and Venezuela. Its subgenus Neoplatymops has sometimes been considered a separate genus. If so it would belong to a monotypic genus.[1][2]
