Demographics

As of the 1991 Bangladesh census, Nasirnagar has a population of 234090. Males constitute are 50.45% of the population, and females 49.55%. This Upazila's eighteen up population is 114601. Nasirnagar has an average literacy rate of 19.3% (7+ years), and the national average of 32.4% literate.[1]
