Muumuu House is an American publishing house founded in November 2008 by Tao Lin. It publishes writing online and in print. It has published work by Deb Olin Unferth, Ben Lerner, Rebecca Curtis, Noah Cicero, Matthew Rohrer, Michael Earl Craig, Zachary German, Chris Killen, Blake Butler, and others.
It was featured in the March 2009 issue of Nylon[1] and the July 2009 issue of Poets & Writers.[2]
Its fourth release, selected unpublished blog posts of a mexican panda express employee by Megan Boyle, was Small Press Distribution's #1 best-seller for the month of November for poetry.[3]
In an interview with Fictionaut, possible future projects were described: "Muumuu House plans to continue to publish books in high-quality offset editions featuring minimalist designs and a Helvetica interior. Future books include a possible Bear Parade anthology, a possible annual anthology of fiction and poetry, and possible books by single authors already published on Muumuu House’s website."[4]
