Mullion F.C.
Mullion Football Club is a Cornish football team based in Mullion, near Helston, and are playing in the Cornwall Combination league.
History
They joined the Cornwall Combination in 1968, and enjoyed mixed success until the mid eighties, when they strung together a series of strong league positions, winning the league in 1986, 1991 and 1992, achieving promotion to the South Western League with the last of the three, their first ever promotion to a level 10 league. They enjoyed three seasons in this higher league, finishing respectfully mid table in each of the years, before they dropped back down to the Combination.[1]
