Mohammed Abdul Sattar (born 1958) is the current Minister of Awqaf (Religious Endowments) of Syria, serving since 2007.

Sattar was born in Tartus in 1958, He holds a degree in Economics and Commerce and a Ph.D. in Islamic studies jurisprudence from the University of Damascus.
Sattar served as Director of Religious Endowments and the Mufti of Tartus Governorate from 1985 to 2002, when he was appointed Assistant Minister of Religious Endowments for Religious Affairs. He has written many religious studies, given many religious and social lectures, and participated in many Islamic conferences.
Sattar is married and has three children.
