The company began when Chairman Harry Latham, who had built up the KFC business in the UK with partner Ray Allen, bought out the franchises for Bristol, Weston-super-Mare and Cardiff. (KFC has since opened branches in all three towns in direct competition.[1])
Today Miss Millie's is run by Harry's four daughters and has 10 branches across Bristol, Weston-Super-Mare and Cardiff.
