MindRec is an independent video game developer for the Turbo Grafx 16 / PC Engine. Currently, they have released two games: Implode (2002) and Meteor Blaster DX (2004). A limited run "Signature Edition" of Meteor Blaster DX has also been released, with a personalized message programmed on the title screen and the case autographed by the programmer, BT Garner. They are currently working on two more games, PC Gunjin and Xymati. MindRec is the first and only homebrew company to sell pressed games for the Turbo Grafx 16.
