Michael Ndubuisi Onwatuegwu (born June 10, 1987 in Onitsha, Anambra State[2]) is a Nigerian soccer player, currently free player.
After three years playing in Indonesia with Persiba Bantul, Onwatuegwu joined Canadian club Vancouver Whitecaps of the USL First Division on 13 August 2009.[3]
He made his debut on September 18, 2009, playing 45 minutes in Vancouver's final day 2-1 win over the Cleveland City Stars,[4] but was released by the Whitecaps at the end of the 2009 season.[5]
