James Michael Doyle (born 1 August 1991) is a Scottish football defender, currently playing for Alloa Athletic in the Scottish Third Division.

Career

Doyle began his career as a youth player for Celtic[1] before joining Kilmarnock at under 19 level.[2][3]

Stirling

In January 2011 Doyle signed for Scottish First Division side Stirling Albion on loan, making his debut on 2 January 2011 in their 4-2 defeat against Falkirk.[4] In all Doyle made 19 appearances for Stirling.

Alloa

On 12 July 2011 Doyle signed for Scottish Third Division side Alloa Athletic[5] after impressing on trial during pre season.[6] Making his first team debut on 23 July 2011 against Peterhead in the Ramsden's Cup,[7] with his league debut coming on 6 August against Stranraer in their 3-2 win at Stair Park.[8] He scored his first competitive goal on 17 September 2011 against Queen's Park.[9]
