Mervyn George Waite (7 January 1911, Kent Town, South Australia – 16 December 1985, Georgetown, South Australia) was an Australian cricketer who played in 2 Tests in 1938.
Waite was also a leading Australian rules footballer in the South Australian National Football League, first as West Torrens and then with Glenelg. He played over 100 league games, as a forward, and was the leading goalkicker at West Torrens in 1931, 1932 and 1934. [1]
