Meicen (also Meigen) was supposedly a post-Roman petty kingdom in the then-British North of England, believed by some to have been located in the area around Doncaster in modern Yorkshire.
Meicen is held to have been annexed to Northumbria during the reign of King Edwin in around AD 626.
