The Meath Senior Football Championship 2010 is the main tournament in the season for senior clubs in County Meath, Ireland. The tournament consists of 17 teams and he winner of the tournament will represent Meath in the Leinster Senior Club Football Championship of 2011. The championship starts with a group stage and then goes on to a knock out stage. In the 2009 final, Seneschalstown defeated Wolfe Tones, Cortown was relegated to the Intermediate division after losing their relegation play off and Oldcastle were promoted to the Senior division after claiming the Meath Intermediate Football Championship title. In this years campaign, Skryne won the Keegan Cup in a very entertaining final. The game looked like it would go to extra time, but with the last kick of the game, Skryne's Paddy O'Rourke scored a 45 and sealed the win for Skryne. Aidan Tuite became the 13th Skryne captain to lift the Keegan Cup. Also, after two years in the county's highest level, St. Ultans were relegated after a poor campaign.

There are three groups called Group A, B and C. The three top finishers in Group A and B and the first and second placed teams in Group C qualify for the quarter-finals. The three teams that finish last in their groups go through to a round-robin relegation play off. The loser gets relegated to the Intermediate Division.
