Mayhemic Destruction is the first album by the Australian thrash metal band Mortal Sin. The album was designed as a demo but released as an album by the band on its own Mega Metal Productions imprint in 1986. It was re-released and repackaged by Phonogram Records for worldwide release in 1987.

The International cover features the city of Sydney that has been destroyed by a demon like creature, and corpses lay everywhere. The Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House are featured in the background. While the Australian version shows a demon standing over the city. The artwork was done by the British comic book artist Simon Bisley. The original Australian artwork was designed by Michael Zdjelar
