Maxim Pavlovich Kovtun (Russian: Максим Павлович Ковтун;[3] born June 18, 1995 in Yekaterinburg) is a Russian figure skater. He is the 2011 JGP Romania champion and won silver medal in JGP Estonia to qualify him to the 2011–12 Junior Grand Prix Final .
