Mavria
Mavria (Greek: Μαυριά), is a Greek village located around 15 km (northwest of Megalopoli, about 30 km southeast of Andritsaina, about 8 km southeast of Karytaina and about 45 km west-southwest of Tripoli. Mavria had a population of 49 in 2001. Mavria is in the municipal unit of Gortyna. Mavria is linked with road connecting the GR-76 (Krestena - Andritsaina - Megalopoli) and Isoma Karyon. The ancient city of Trapezus is west of the village.

Geography
Mavria is about 1 km west of the Peloponnese's longest river, the Alfeios. The mountains cover the western portion of the area where the elevation reaches up to about 800 m. Forests dominate the western and the central parts, farmlands are in the central and eastern parts. Its panorama includes the Lykaio mountains to the west, the mountains to the north and east and the south.
