Mauricio Ernesto González Barillas (born May 13, 1942) is a retired football player from El Salvador. He represented his country at the 1968 Summer Olympics. González also participated at the 1963 CONCACAF Championship and the 1965 CONCACAF Championship where he scored a total of 5 goals in 10 matches.[1]

Mauricio is the older brother of Jorge Magico Gonzalez.[2]
