Maulana Azad College of Engineering and Technology (MACET), Patna, is an engineering institute in the state of Bihar, India. The college is affiliated to the Magadh University, Bodh Gaya and approved by the Department of Science & Technology, government of Bihar and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
The campus is 20km far from central Patna near Neora, spreading in sprawling green ambiance. Recognized by Well disciplined academics environment and experienced faculty. Previously due to late session of Magadh University, it took more than six or seven years to get the four-year Engineering degree, which gave students a tough time to get a job. But now situation changed , not only students are getting degree in 4 years but also they are getting placements in best company. According to recent survey MACET is one of the 20th best Engineering college in east India.
