Mannophryne is a genus of frogs native to South America. This genus was created in 1992, split from the former Colostethus trinitatis species group.
Mannophryne has been placed in the Dendrobatidae family, but a new study proposes moving it to the Aromobatidae family.
Mannophryne contains fifteen species, twelve of which used to be classified in the Colostethus genus, while the remaining three are newly described.
