The Manjotha are a large Seraiki-speaking Jat clan found mainly in Dera Ghazi Khan District of Punjab, Pakistan.[1]
According to their traditions, they came originally from Makran in Baluchistan. They are closely connected with the Arwal clan, and follow the customs of the neighbouring Baluch tribes. The Manjotha claim descent from a Mughal nobleman. They are found in Dera Ghazi Khan, Muzaffargarh, Layyah, Rajanpur, and Multan districts and Baluchistan.
