Also this town have "Lord Agastheeswara Temple", "Lord Perumal Temple", Lord Sani Bhagavan Temple" and 33feet "Anjaneyar Temple"....MANALURPET'NERST "ATHI THIRUVARANGAM" "PURMAL TAMPLE" 5KM......MANALURPET NERST 4KM JAMBAI "ESWARAN TAMPLE" every Saturday people from villages around manalurpet will conduct "sandhai" to purchase vegetables and fruits at low cost... Manalurpet is famous for Parched rice (Pori([pattani] in Tamil).

One of the famous river 'Thenpennai' running via Manalurpet. It passes through Sathanur Dam near by Thiruvannamalai and ends in the 'Bay of Bengal' of Cuddalore.
