Malemnganba Meitei is a Indian football player who currently plays for I-League club HAL S.C. and is a regular in the Manipur team and leading scorer of the Manipur State League.

Malemnganba Meitei is from Yairipok in Thoubal district of Manipur. He has one brother and two sisters. [1] He played in NEROCA for two seasons (2007 and 2008), in the Manipur State League (MSL), then moved to MSL Champions NISA in 2009, playing in MSL and the I-League 2nd Division.
In 2010 Meetei signed for I-League club Hindustan Aeronautics Limited S.C. and in his first season played in only five games but scored two goals for HAL. He then scored his third goal of his career against Air India FC on November 20 2011.
