Madoi County (Tibetan script: རྨ་སྟོད་རྫོང; Chinese: 玛多县; also Matö County or Maduo County) is a county of Golog Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, China. It's area is about 25,000km² and with average elevation 4,300m is highest county of China. In Madoi County is upper stream of Yellow river which flows to Ngoring and Gyaring lake.
