Middle East College of Information Technology (MECIT), is arguably Oman’s most popular private university college.[1] MECIT is situated inside the technology hub of Oman, The Knowledge Oasis Muscat (KOM) campus and is spread over 100,000 sq meters in area.[2] MECIT is affiliated with Coventry University UK and imparts education through 43 Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Graduate and Post Graduate programmes offered in various disciplines like Management, Computer Application, Design, Fashion Technology, Animation etc.[3]
