M-tron is a software created by the Gforce software developers, that emulates the sound of a Mellotron instrument.
This program functions with Windows as well as Mac OS, as a plug-in (RTAS, VST) or a stand alone program.
It is also the name of a LEGO subtheme within the Space theme. Its name came from its extensive inclusion of magnets, and story-wise, its antagonist was Blacktron II.
