Lučani (Лучани) is a town and municipality located in the Dragačevo region within the Moravica District of Serbia (Western Serbia). The population of the town is 3,425, while population of the municipality was 20,855.

Perhaps the most famous village in the municipality is Guča, where the annual trumpet festival is held.

Demographics

In the town of Lučani there are 3,416 adult inhabitants, while the average age of the population is 38,3 years (37,8 with men and 38,7 with women). There are 1,474 homes in the town and the average number of people living together is 2,92.

The town is largely inhabited by Serbs (according to a census from 2002), and in the last few years, a sharp rise in the number of inhabitants was noted.
