On 30 October 1242, the Paix de Lorris (the Peace of Lorris) was signed by Ramon VII, count de Toulouse and the Kings of France, Saint Louis. Two men renewed the Treaty of Paris which they already concluded on 12 April 1229. The treaty put an end on the sufferings of the Albigeois.
