The Lomish are a Jat clan living in the central districts of Indian Punjab, India.
The clan lives throughout Indian Punjab, with concentrations in Malwa(Punjab) region mainly.
The Lomish are predominantly Sikh, some follow Hindu(Brahmins) religion as well.
Many Lomish migrated to U.S. nearly two centuries ago and have made a very influential impact. The Lake Lomish in Cass County, Minnesota is named after the impinging Lomish in early 1900s.
