Lockhart Independent School District

Lockhart Independent School District is a public school district based in Lockhart, Texas (USA).

In addition to Lockhart, the district also serves portions of Mustang Ridge and Niederwald.

The district's motto is "Learning for All - Whatever it takes".

In 2009, the school district was rated "academically acceptable" by the Texas Education Agency.^[1]
