Toonsters

Acme Looniversity or Acme Loo is the main premise of most of the Tiny Toons Adventures episodes. Created and founded by Bugs Bunny in A Looney Beginning to help Buster and Babs Bunny thwart Montana Max's plot to take over the show, Acme Loo became the centerpiece for most of the following episodes. The building consists of a main center tower with the Looney Tunes Rings in a 3/4 circle around the entrance and a hall wrapped in a half circle around the main tower as well as many adjacent facilities. All of the main characters (including Montana Max) and most of the minor characters attend Acme Looniversity which was drawn by Bugs Bunny at the upper center of Acme Acres, just north of the city.

Various information

The school has a flag which has a purple coat of arms with two red ribbons protruding from it as well as Bugs Bunny holding a boulder on one side and Daffy Duck holding up a wooden mallet on the other upon a gold banner.

Acme Looniversity's teams are called the "Toonsters" and the colors are medium royal blue and white. Their school song is based on many college theme songs (with a goofy twist of course). Their main rival is the Perfecto Prep University. They are usually underdogs in every sport, however usually managing to somehow beat the Perfectos if by only 1 point.

School song

Three Cheers for ol' Acme Loo,
Who cares that our team stinks, P-yew!
We're going to try to the day we die,
'Cause we're Toonsters, Boop boop de boo!

Perfecto Prep University or simply Perfecto or Perfecto Prep is the antagonist rival of Acme Looniversity, mainly in sports. Located in a rather gloomy area to the far right of Acme Acres, Perfecto Prep's only rule and motto is: We never lose. In contrast to Acme Looniversity which is more of a public high school type setting, Perfecto Prep is a boarding school with elegant accommodations and composed mostly of upper-crust and rather sultry personalities with Roderick Rat, Rubella Rat, Danforth Drake, and Margo Mallard being the usual examples. In The Acme Bowl several Perfecto Prep students were shown singing around a firepit inset with several Greek characters, wearing Greek-like cloaks, implying that most if not all of the students belong to either a fraternity or a sorority. It would also seem that Witch Hazel serves as Perfecto's headmistress.

Their sports teams are called "Perfectos" and the colors are Black and White, although in some cases, their colors appeared as Crimson and White. Pefecto Prep has a notorious reputation of either doing almost anything covertly or resorting to outright cheating in order to prevent a loss. Because of their reputation, they are usually the favorites going into a match but always end up somehow losing to Acme Looniversity, often as a result of the Toonsters' far more covert and ultimately comedic ways of getting even. It was mentioned in The Acme Bowl that prior to the Toonster's 19–18 victory (the result of Buster phony playbook, Plucky's almost convincing double-crossing, Babs, Fifi and Shirley joining the team, Babs' comedics with a contact lens and as a final indignity, Fifi skunking Roderick and Plucky scoring the final touchdown), Perfecto had never lost a game in the 200 years since its founding.

School song

Oh Perfecto Prep, The Perfect School,
Where winning is our only rule!
There is no team we cannot beat,
Because, you see, we always cheat!

Characters' homes

Wackyland

Home to Gogo Dodo and several other such odd creatures, this world is based on the land of the Dodos discovered by Porky Pig in Porky in Wackyland but is a bit more bizarre in both looks and nature. Practical Comedy is commonplace in Wackyland with many dozens of examples of such like Gogo's flyfishing (for flies) and others (mainly by Gogo).

Along with Gogo, Wackyland's residents include two walking WB logos (the classic shield logo from the cartoons, as evidenced by the red and white coloring, and the 1970-80s logo, commonly referred to as the "Big W", also the former corporate logo for Warner Communications before it merged with Time in 1989 to form today's TimeWarner) hitting each other with mallets, a talking Sphinx, a dragon, a Pegasus, a Private Eye (a giant eyeball with arms, legs and a hat), and other such creatures. Like Gogo, they all live on wackiness and seem to fade out of existence if removed from Wackyland for an extended period of time. Wackyland also has an entrance to Acme Acres that can rolled up in case of perceived danger, such as a Circus Manager or other such individuals that would exploit the residents' wacky features.

In Her Wacky Highness Babs Bunny, running away from home and school, enjoyed Wackyland at first and even made Queen by the residents, but she starts to burn out on the wackiness and then (hypocritically) lectures the Wackylanders on self-control (which is what she was lectured on earlier herself and her main reason for running away). She found out that Article 9 of the Wackyland Peanut Code strictly forbids the use of self-control while in Wackyland. Also, when leaving Wackyland, you leave the way you didn't come in.
