Live! – Blond Ambition World Tour 90 (also referred to as Blond Ambition World Tour – Live) is a music video title by singer Madonna.[1] It was released only on Laserdisc by Pioneer Artists as part of the sponsorship deal of the 1990 Blond Ambition World Tour. It contains the final tour date filmed at Stade de l'Ouest in Nice, France on August 5, 1990 which had previously been shown and produced by American network HBO as part of a television special.[2]
Another TV special was shown in Europe containing a date filmed in Barcelona, Spain, produced by Italian channel Rai Uno who had previously produced the Ciao, Italia! - Live from Italy video release.
In 1992, the Live! – Blond Ambition World Tour 90 Laserdisc won the Best Music Video, Long Form category at the 34th Grammy Awards. This was the first Grammy award Madonna received in her career. The award was granted to Madonna, David Mallet and Mark "Aldo" Miceli (video directors) and Anthony Eaton (video producer).[3] The live performances of "Like a Virgin" and "Holiday" were released as music video on MTV to promote the video album. In 1991, "Like a Virgin" was nominated for "Best Female Video" and "Best Choreography" at the MTV Video Music Awards.[4] The next year, she achieved three nominations of "Holiday" for "Best Female Video", "Best Choreography", "Best Dance Video".[5] However, she did not win any of these nominations.

Blond Ambition – Japan Tour 90 is a live music video title by singer Madonna. It was released in Japan only by Warner-Pioneer and contains a date from the 1990 Blond Ambition World Tour filmed at Yokohama Stadium in Yokohama, Japan on April 27, 1990.
Blond Ambition Tour 1990 is the name of a DVD released in Germany only in 2005 by Falcon Neue Medien which had obtained a licence to release it only in that country. Neither Madonna nor Warner Bros. Records authorized the release, which features poor-quality footage from a show filmed in Houston, Texas in May 1990 during Madonna's Blond Ambition Tour. The same footage DVD was released in the UK in October 2007 by Quantum Leap Video.
Pioneer still hold the rights to this Laserdisc only release and there have been no plans to release it on DVD.[6]
Guy Oseary, Madonna's current manager, has recently commented on his Twitter that he and Warner are in talks to produce a DVD of the Blond Ambition. Although he admits that it will take time as they do not know where the footage is and what condition it is in. The talks are in a very early stage.
