The Protector is an American drama television series created by Michael Nankin and Jeffrey Bell and produced by ABC Studios and CBS Television Studios. It stars Ally Walker. The Protector premiered on Sunday, June 12, 2011, on Lifetime. The series was cancelled on September 8, 2011 due to low ratings.[1]
