Honours
Benfica have won domestic and euroepean honours. They have a record of 32 Portuguese Liga titles, 27 Championship of Portugal/Portuguese Cup titles and 3 Portuguese League Cup titles. However, they only have 4 Portuguese SuperCup titles. In European terms they have been crowned European Champions (winning the European Cup) twice in a row (in 1961 and in 1962) and have been finalists five times. In addition, they were runners-up twice in the Intercontinental Cup and once in the UEFA Cup. This makes them the second most rewarded club in Portugal, with 68 trophies.
