These are the list of incumbent governors of the Philippines who were elected on May 10, 2010, and took oath of office on June 30, 2010. National Capital Region (Metro Manila) does not have any governors, due to not being composed of provinces; instead, Metro Manila is composed of cities and a municipality, which are all headed by mayors. All of those cities and municipality were formerly located at Rizal except Valenzuela (Bulacan), Manila and Quezon City (both independent). Palawan was formerly in Region 4-B (Luzon) and signed by the congress to move to Western Visayas.
