Lissa'aere received further details in third edition in Fiendish Codex I: Hordes of the Abyss (2006).[2]
Lissa'aere the Noxious is the Abyssal lord of poisonous gases, resembling a funnel of poisonous mist. She considers the archomental Chan to be her enemy.
She rules the 27th layer of the Abyss, called Malignebula. She is served by alu-demons, vrocks, and nabassu. Malignebula is a toxic cloudscape with no solid ground.
