Lipophobia
Lipophobia (from Greek λίπος - lipos, "fat"[1] and φόβος - phobos, "fear"[2]) refers to avoidance of fats in food.[3][4][5]
In the United States the onset of the "national eating disorder" of lipophobia dates to 1977 when the nutritional guidelines titled Dietary Goals for the United States were announced by the United States Senate Select Committee on Nutrition and Human Needs and limiting red meat was recommended.[6]
