Lior Ron (born December 12, 1982) is an Israeli-American composer and multi-instrumentalist musician, who specializes in creating original music for film, tv, commercials and video-games.[1]

In 1988, when he was six years old, Lior picked up his first trumpet and enrolled in the Nahariya Conservatory to study classical music. By age 16, Lior was the principal trumpet player and soloist for the Israeli National Youth Orchestra, touring worldwide. Lior Joined the Israel Defense Force Orchestra (I.D.F.O) as a principal trumpet player and soloist at age 18 and served his country for three years, performing worldwide.
Lior attended the Amal School of Music in Nahariya, Israel, graduating in 2000.
Lior Graduated from the I.D.F.O University in Tel-Aviv in 2003, majoring in composition, arranging for orchestra and conducting.[2]
Between the years 2003-2008 Lior worked as a free-lance trumpet player, arranger, composer and musical producer in the Tel-Aviv music scene. He played and recorded with many well-known artists in the Israeli music industry, including The Friends of Natasha, Shabak Samech, Ben Hendler, Aviv Geffen, The Church Of Reason, Tomer Yosef (Balkan Beat Box), and Yehudit Ravitz. He performed in various theater musicals, including "Guys and Dolls" and "Chicago". These were followed by a string of performances with Robin Gibb of the Bee-Gees in his Israel Tour in 2007.[3]
He co-produced, composed and played in the Israeli dub band "Dub Therapy"[4] and was the musical director/arranger of the 16-Men band "Vision", performing on stages across Israel, Europe and America.[5] In 2008, Lior was invited to the US to tour with the “Red Elvises”. After a six month tour, Lior settled down in Los Angeles, CA, where he now composes music for film, television, commercials and video games.
Recently, Lior composed and arranged the score for the feature film “Pablo”, an animated bio-pic of the life of film genius Pablo Ferro, starring Jeff Bridges, Andy Garcia, and Anjelica Houston.[6]
Lior was the trumpet player for "The Tonight Show With Lior Schlein Band" 2006-2008.
Lior was the principal Trumpet player for "Kokhav Nolad", Israel's American Idol 2003-2008.
