Lionel Wigram

Lionel Wigram (born 1961) is a British film producer and screenplay writer. He was named a senior vice president of production at Warner Bros. in November 2000.[1]

Wigram wrote the comic that was the inspiration for the 2009 version of Sherlock Holmes,[2] as well as writing the screenplay,[3] and being a producer who helped select Robert Downey, Jr.[4] to play a "more modern, more bohemian" Holmes.[5] He is slated as a co-producer for the Holmes sequel.[6]
