Lil Italy is a rapper who was briefly a member of E-40's Sick Wid It Records and the label's group Funk Mobb. At the time he was known as G-Note.[1] In 1998 Master P signed him to No Limit Records[2] - where in 1999 he released an album under his new moniker Lil Italy - entitled, On Top of da World. The album made it to #99 on the Billboard 200 and #20 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and featured guest appearances from many of No Limit's top acts at the time including Silkk the Shocker, Snoop Dogg and Fiend. The album did not do well sales wise and Lil Italy was soon dropped from the label. He would then resurface in 2001 on the independent circuit with his second album, Full Blown before virtually disappearing from the music industry.
