Liasis is a genus of non-venomous pythons found in Indonesia, New Guinea and Australia. Currently, 3 extant species are recognized[2] and one fossil species L. dubudingala [3]

Found in the Indonesia in the Lesser Sunda Islands, east through New Guinea and in northern and western Australia.[1]
