Lewis Kent (born 8 September 1927) was an Australian politician. Born in Subotica in the former Yugoslavia (now located in Serbia), he was a stationmaster before entering politics. In 1980, he was elected to the Australian House of Representatives as the Labor member for Hotham.[1] He held the seat until 1990, when he attempted to transfer to the newly created Corinella; he was unsuccessful, being defeated by Liberal candidate Russell Broadbent.[2]
