The Lambertville City School District is a community public school district that serves students in preschool through sixth grade from Lambertville, in Hunterdon County, New Jersey, United States.
Public school students in grade 7 - 12 attend the South Hunterdon Regional High School in Lambertville, part of the South Hunterdon Regional High School District, which served 346 students in southern Hunterdon County in the 2007-08 school year.[3] Students from Lambertville, Stockton and West Amwell Township attend South Hunterdon Regional High School.[4]
As of the 2007-08 school year, the district's one school had an enrollment of 150 students and 11.0 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 13.6.[1]
The district is classified by the New Jersey Department of Education as being in District Factor Group "FG", the fourth highest of eight groupings. District Factor Groups organize districts statewide to allow comparison by common socioeconomic characteristics of the local districts.
