Lachlan Cahill (born in 3 February 1986 in Kiama) is an Australian footballer who currently plays for the Sutherland Sharks in the NSW Premier League.

He started his career at the now defunct Wollongong Wolves, before moving to the United States to play for Coastal Carolina University. In 2003 he moved to England, and played for the youth teams at Norwich, Millwall FC and Gillingham, before moving back home.
On 22 September 2009 he signed with the Central Coast Mariners on a short-term deal as an injury replacement for Shane Huke.[1] He never ended up getting any game time for the first grade squad, with Shane Huke coming back from Injury. However, he played 1 game for the Youth Team.
He made one appearance for the Australia U-17 team at the 2003 FIFA U-17 World Championship in their 1-0 loss to Nigeria.
