Kyunsu, better known as Kanmaw,[1] is a small town in the Mergui Archipelago of southeastern Burma. It is the principal town of Kyunsu Township in Myeik District which since 1990[2] has covered much of the archipelago. The town lies on the northeastern coast of Kanmaw Kyun, southwest of Myeik (Mergui).[3][4]
