Kyani (Greek: Κυανή meaning blue) is a Greek settlement in the municipality of Didymoteicho in the northern Evros prefecture, Greece 12 km west of town as well as the GR-51/E81 (Alexandroupoli - Orestiada - Ormenio). In 2001 its population was 550. Its elevation is 40 m.

Kyani is located south of Orestiada, 10 km west of the Evros River and the Turkish border, NNE of Alexandroupoli and approximately 25 to 30 km ESE of the Bulgarian border.
Farmlands are located in the valley areas. The Erythropotamos flows 1 km to the north and northeast, the hills and the mountains are south of the village.
During the Ottoman period, other than the Turks, Kyani was inhabited mostly by Bulgarians, and lay west of the line between areas of Bulgarian and Greek majority in Western Thrace. It was occupied by the Greeks during the end of World War I and shortly became a part of Greece. Its current population is mostly descendants of Greek refugees from Eastern Thrace and muslims. Similar to other places in Evros whereas the population lost between 10 ot 15%, it was a few places that the population decline was slower.
Its economy is based mainly on agricultural products.
There is a church and a big square. The nearest school is in Koufovouno and its high school is in Didymoteicho.
