Kutonen
Kutonen (Swedish: Sexan) is the seventh tier of the Finnish Soccer League system. The section winners are promoted to the Vitonen and the bottom teams to the Seiska.
Administration
The Regional Authorities of the Football Association of Finland (Finnish: Suomen Palloliitto, SPL; Swedish: Finlands Bollförbund, FBF) are responsible for the administration of the Kutonen. Responsibilities for the 25 sections are divided as follows:
- Helsinki SPL - 4 sections
- Uusimaa SPL - 7 sections
- Kaakkois-Suomi SPL - 3 sections
- Keski-Pohjanmaa SPL - 2 sections
- Vaasa SPL - 3 sections
- Tampere SPL - 3 sections
