Krzeszyce [kʂɛˈʂɨt͡sɛ] (formerly German Kriescht) is a village in Sulęcin County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Krzeszyce.[1] It lies approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) north-west of Sulęcin and 24 km (15 mi) south-west of Gorzów Wielkopolski.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II).
The village has a population of 1,400.
