Kromerowo [krɔmɛˈrɔvɔ] (German Krämersdorf) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Barczewo, within Olsztyn County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) east of Barczewo and 24 km (15 mi) east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1772 the area was part of Kingdom of Poland, 1772-1945 Prussia and Germany (East Prussia). The village was founded 1571, named Cromorowo, than Cramarowo, than Crämersdorf, than Krämersdorf, after the war (1945) Kromerowo. In 1910 the village had 264 inhabitance. The most prussians were escaped before Red Army and evicted after 1945. Today it's free from native people.
