His father is from Serbia and his mother is Greek but Miljević grew up in Sweden, as a matter of fact, in Norrköping where he started playing football.
IF Sylvia have been his first club. Miljević have also been on trial with S.L. Benfica but he decided to move near his family in Greece and PAOK. In 2010 he's been training with the first team under Portuguese coach Fernando Santos and signed a professional contract.
He is described as good technically, fast, quick feet, fearless but not so great defensively.[1]
Moreover coach Tomislav Sivić called him to Serbia U19.
